During my professional semester, I was a student teacher at Quapaw High School where I taught six prep classes and volunteered as a football coach.  After graduating in the fall of 2006, I was hired as a long-term substitute teacher at Quapaw for the remaining of the school year.

In the spring of 2007, I accepted a teaching and coaching job here at Welch and am now in my sixth year of teaching.
